Yes, I know, not another policy, but here's mine.
Policy:
You can use my sims and lots however you want to, just don't claim them as yours. I don't really care if you give credit, but if you want to, that's fine too.
Any custom content that I use is the property of the person who created it (none of it is mine), and you need to check out their policies if you want to reuse any of it.
Other than that though, do whatever you want. Enjoy!!
