how do you get the men to wear them because ATLBoi has a pic on his site that shows that but doesn't say. Is it another mesh i have to download?

If you find the necklace under glasses in CAS you can use bodyshop to make it available for both genders. If its attached to clothing this wont work though.

Open bodyshop - create parts - glasses (or accessories or something like that). Find the necklace and then just check the appropriate boxes and export to your game.
