No career object

My Sim is in the criminal career and has reaches the last stage but I can't click the career object for her... it's unclickable.

Is ist because I changed the number of children she wants to get married with SimPE?

I think they get the career reward at about the third or fourth level, depending on the career. So if you have used a hack or cheat to get promoted to the top level you will have missed the career reward.
