You Can use the cheat boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true in strange town .

Hold shift and click on sim,

Pick Spawn ,

Pick the l and d tombstone,

Dont hold shift and click on tombstone,

Select Add Neibor to Famly , a list should apear,

Keep Selecting more till you see Bellas Name.

Thats how i got Bella.

you can easily use simpe to put her into the goth family if that's what you want. She's still in the pleasantveiw data

Even without cheats she's ridiculously easy to get now with the patch in strangetown, then you can move her in, pack up the lot and move her to Pleasantview.

But you still don't regain the memories. That bella will remain just a random sim which looks like bella and has the same biography as the bella from TS1.

Well if you make a Bella skin for download it won't have the memories either since it would just be a template sim to use in the bodyshop or CAS, I am aware getting her in Strangetown she has no memories, but since the poster asked for a Bella "skin" which to me means just the appearance, then I figured it would be a lot easier to get her that way without any hacks or cheats or otherwise things to download or complicated steps to take.

Really? Where? Coz I downloaded a Bella that said she was the whole thing, and the only thing about her was her family history, but no memories!

The "memories" was self-make, so why not input the memories yourself, instead of using unpretty's. Why let someone else take the fun away from you? :p

Oh well it didnt matter to me cause i used my imagination.

Id just like to think that she was abducted by aliens and they erased her memory so she wouldnt return that way they can keep tabs on her for future tests......

Well, to add another wrinkle into this alien plot, check out Don Lothario. It's said that Bella was seen scaling his condo. (Why scale a condo)? But if you look in the pictures provided as "photo memories" for lack of a better way of putting it, you'll see her peering through the cheep telescope at the stars. Seems this wasn't coincidence. After all, why didn't Don run to Mortimer? (unless Bella knew something Mortimer didn't. Easy way to get rid of someone without having to dispose of them. Get 'em abducted, then clone and dump a fake in another town to fool anyone who knew her).

It's easy enough to bring her back using SimPE. I did and she remarried Mortimer, had another baby, died and is now buried in the Goth graveyard. Alternatively, you can make her 'linked' in SimPE and get one of the Goths who knew her to resurrect her (if you have Uni). I would avoid Strangetown Bella if I were you, she really isn't the real Bella. Check the pictures, especially the noses. My Strangetown Bella (renamed Stella) actually ended-up marrying Alexander Goth and is very close to dying now.

BTW, if all you want is the 'skin', just go into SimPE, click on Sim Surgery, bring-up Bella's file (in Pleasantview) and export her to BodyShop.
