Need help

Im wanting to move the sims, but i dont understand how to do whats in the above link..Could someone try and explain to me how to do this? Im able to move the sims and able to move the lot. But i dont know how to move the sims to another neighborhood.

How do i move both family and lot.

Pick up the house with the family in it in the neighbourhood view and place it in the lot bin.
