Weird Bug that keeps occuring, Please Help!

Everytime i goto into gameplay, theres this window that comes up and asks me this question: "Does this sim want to die?" and it keeps asking me that repeatedly. It pauses the game everytime it askes me the question and it disrupts me from playing the game. It is really annoying.

Huh....

That looks to all the world like it has to be hack related. Remove all hacks, scan with Clean Installer, and if that doesn't work, remove all custom content.

This happens if you have InSIM more than once. Having more than one person playing on my pc I tend to find second copies of a lot of hacks as I put them in one place & then my step-son will come along and put it in thinking it isn't installed. :naughty:
