Changing the skill gained from a bookcase?

I'm hoping someone can point me to the right direction. I'm working on a small bookshelf with puzzle books, and would like it to build the logic skill. I've combed through the bhavs of a few other bookcases, modded and otherwise, and so far I've had no luck finding where the actual skill building bhavs are hidden. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

That sort of thing is on the book rather than the bookcase. I have made hacks myself to change skill gaining rate from books, you could have as look at them in case it gives you some ideas about how you want to proceed.
