Noob skinner

I'm a total Noob and is there a way of adding a skin tone either to The Sims 2 or Body shop?

Skintones are made like this: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=203339 ... which mainly explains the concepts of doing skintones, and how it differs from normal Body Shop projects. You'll want to work on things like clothing far before doing that, and realize that working on skintones is a VERY BIG project that takes a lot of time and fiddling to get anywhere near right.
