Texture Animations with Pre-Made .GIF

I have gone through JWood's tutorial, and I recently got a .gif file from the internet which I want to use i an animated painting. My paint program wil only load the first image though. How do I use this in an animated texture?

You need a program which can open animated gifs properly. I use Animation Studio, which comes attached to Paint Shop Pro, but I imagine there are any number of free animated gif friendly packages on the net which you can download.
