I can't get onto body shop or Home crafter plus

Can you help me because I can't get onto body shop or Home crafter plus :cry:

You might need to be a bit more specific about your problem. Do you have the programs installed? Have you got a shortcut in your menu to them? To the programs start? Are you getting any error messages when you try to use them?

no error messages, they are both installed. I just double click the icon, and it won't load.

It can take up to 15 minutes for those programs to open on my computer after I click on them. Are you sure you're giving them enough time to load?

try temporarily dumping all of your custom contents elsewhere to run bodyshop or homecrafter, this will reduce the loading time.

Mine take forever to load...and sometimes it wont load at all. I usually go to the task manager and check if bodyshop is running in your current running programs list. Sometimes if you have a corrupt download (custom item) it can cause problems with loading. I suggest temporally removing your custom content from your downloads folder and try running bodyshop or homecrafter.

I can't get Homecrafter to work, it used to work on my Vista Laptop, but on my Microsoft computer, it won't work, i've tried to re-instal it hundred of times. Does anyone know the answer to this?

I think Homecrafter is no longer supported. I don't know if it was ever designed to work with Vista. I could be wrong though.

This (http://www.kims-design.net/get_homecrafter_working.html) helped me get Homecrafter running on my computer. Don't know what to tell you about Bodyshop.
