can't download CC becaues of Norton

um My computer isn't letting me download anything because I have Norton Security... is there anyway around it? :help:

Actual error messages would be helpful. "Won't let me" really isn't that descriptive.

Call me crazy ("You're crazy!" from the audience - thank you) but... have you tried turning off and/or disabling Norton?

I have had a couple of problems after updates. Like once an update blocked ip addresses from mts2
