Basically I'm attempting, emphisize attempting, to create a cesspool of an American town ravaged by meth and other lovely things. I'm not premoting meth use in any way; in fact I'm trying to portray the ugly consequences of the epidemic. Meth addicts not only have open soars all over their body, but also have a mealy, emanciated look. But since I have no concept of shading, and my art nerd sister isn't helping matters, I'm asking the for the advice of the Mod the Sims Community. Any help is greatly apprechiated. :D

Fortunately, you will get to improve your artistic skills for your project. Making a skin is all photoshop art. :) As they say, practice makes perfect.
For the emaciated look, I suggest you clone one of the underwear or bathing suits and make an emaciated body form with baggy clothes. The emaciated body mesh will have to be made. You can make a grungy clothing line for your addicts.
I will come back with some links.
Here you go. Hope they help and welcome to the world of modding. :king: :D I mashed plenty of meshes while I learned what I could and could not do. (hint - it helps if you actually follow directions  It took me awhile to quit jumping around and just go through the process, start to finish. ) :

Thanks for everyone's help! The meshing information will prove quite useful; however I don't think that I will make an entirely new body shape considering the fact that what I need is already available. But my plans may change...
