Black/White Editing Failed.

When ever I try to edit the black and white part of any mesh, save it, and then go to bodyshop to preview it, it always shows up making everything grey, but still having the sims face.

Not all meshes are alpha editable.This means you can't edit out some parts of them just by blacking them out in the alpha.
What part of the alpha are you trying to edit?
A pic would be useful,as right now it's not clear to me
if the problem has to do with the way you edit the alpha...
What graphics program do you use?

Umm lemme get a pic in a sec.
I mean I used to be able to edit it but now I can't black out anything on any mesh without it turning grey.

The only grey I see is the bodyshop model. If you're talking about the alpha, you still need 'white' sections to tell the mesh what to show.

There still are white sections but it appears as if I have blacked out all of it, thats my problem.

Can you stick your texture and alpha in a zip/rar file and attach it to this thread? Click "go advanced" and then "manage attachments."

Did you change your game setup recently? Did you install a new expansion pack? Or the Sims2Store version of the game? Do you have a new version of BodyShop? Did you uninstall or delete anything? Did you upgrade your operating system? If the meshes have not changed, then something else must be causing this issue.

I did add the store thing but I thought I uninstalled it.

What program are you using to edit the files? It could be an issue with the program, or that in your settings you have it so that it saves the new files to grey colours only..Perhaps

Umm no, I don't think so.

It used to work before.
I use paint.net.

Re-save and make sure your alpha is saved as 24-bit. Paint.net likes to screw it around if you let it auto-detect.
