Sims Glitch Problem on Feet All Female Sims

Hi all,
Thankyou all for wonderful downloads. Ive been downloading lots and enjoying the game.
Ive come accross this problem in the last few months. Female sim changes clothes.
From then on she looks like this regardless what shes wearing.
Happens on all female Sims.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
