SimPE Problems

Help! I'm just starting to make custom content, so I wanted to start simple, and I thought makin a custom picture using SimPE would be a good start. But, every time I go to use SimPE's Photo Shop, it tells me I do noy have CEP. But, I downloaded CEP, and even tried re-installing it, and it still does not work! Please, if you have any idea what might be going wrong, please tell me! :help:

In SimPE, go to Extra -> Preferences -> File Table and click "Reset". Then restart SimPE, go back to the File Table and be sure that the first 4 lines (the ones regarding the CEP) are checked.

Can you click on the small camera which opens the photostudio? Or is it gray? Mine didn´t work either at first. But Everything started to work after I installed the templates! They don´t come with SimPE automatically! You can get the Photostudio templates from here:
