In order to better solve your problem, please go through the following as listed below:
General - Post System Specs
We need more information before we can help with your issue. Please post your system specs - instructions on finding them are here: Game Help:System Specs
Those aren't your full system specs - please follow these instructions to give us a better idea of exactly what you have. :)
On occasion you might be asked to do a long FAQ - please make sure you do all the steps and don't just skip over them. You'll often find that these long FAQs have all the details you need. If nothing in the above FAQs fixes your problem you may post again detailing exactly which you have done and which steps failed.

They're complete enough. I can get the exact specs off the last two bits of info. :)
Your computer barely meets minimum requirements to play the base game through Uni. It does not meet even minimum requirements to play any later expansion, so adding a lot of custom content is a really bad idea. The reason if you don't have a real graphics card.
What usually happens with computers which are not strong enough to handle the games is that things will work, all be it not perfectly, for a time. After a while things start to wear down and work less and less well. Overstressing your computer doing things it wasn't designed to do, like playing TS2, is likely to shorten is life.
