I'd like to know how I can make a downloaded object sellable in OfB shops?
The object I want to change is Echos Valentine's Chocolate Box.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Isn't everything sellable? I haven't played a store in a long time, but I think once you go into the 'price tag mode', you can sell any object out of the buy catalog.
Or are you talking about making something so it fits on the shelves? Like ususal, Numenor to the rescue! (http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=140183)

Sellable is the default state of any object unless it is specifically disabled either in the global or semiglobals.

It is sellable in OFB. :) If you want to sell the whole box, you'll have to buy it in wholesale mode, same as cars and other tricky objects like that. (Wholesale mode is the button with a price tag over an open padlock). If you just buy the box normally then it can't be sold, because it has other objects inside it - the chocolates.
