Read a book to make the child sleep

Hi, one of my sims want to read a book to her child to make him sleep, do anyone knows how can i do it?

I think it's an option on the bookcase. But it could be an option on the bed or the sleeping child. Just make sure you have books somewhere in the house, click one of those three places, and look for "read to sleep."

Wow, I've never seen this option while playing Apartment Life. I'm going to start the game right now to check it out.

update: I failed to find the option of reading to a kid to make him sleep :/ Are you sure it comes with Apartment Life and not Free Time (which I don't have yet)?

Yes I tried all of these options but it still doesn't work.

Oooh, that sounds awesome, although I've never seen it yet, or heard of it either.

It's like that hug that couples do in bed when they wake up...I've never experienced it :(

You have to wait until the kid is in the bed (I think)

Yes, the child has to be in the bed "sleeping" you have to catch the child just as he/she gets into bed before the zzzz's start. So send the child to bed and then select the parent/teen.

Then have the parent/teen read the child to sleep. The has to be room at the side or foot of the bed for the parent/teen to sit and read the book to the child.

I was finally able to have my Sim to read to her kid, the option appears when you click on the kid when he/she is in bed :)
