emulators + roms

i've been using these for awhile to downlaod and play classic games for the snes system. and the visualboy for my simple yet entertaining games like pokemon: fire red version. i think it's convenient how they have it where you can just simply enter cheats and they appear in a matter of seconds.

but, anybody else use emulators and roms?

does anybody see this as illegal?

i'm just curious to know other poeples opinion's bout`m.

I likes me some roms. :D Specially ones from Japan that people translate.. I'd never see them otherwise.

Sorry folks... ROMs are illegal and emulation is a very murky area legally. For this reason we really can't have such discussion on the board. Sorry guys, I know this wasn't intentional.
