Household and sim bin?

Ok so I really feel like a beginnger now. And I can't find the answer to this question anywhere maybe because I am the only one who is that blind that I am missing it???
So, where are the pre-made houses and sims bin? I downloaded houses for my game but I can't find them! or any pre-made sims! With TS2, they were right there in the neighborhood view. GAH!! :cry:

when in hood veiw click on edit town and you should see the sim bin and houses bin and community lot bin
