Nvm. Ya can't. Sucks but honestly I can see why. Problem with going pure black in a video game is that all details tend to get hidden.

No, it doesn't get as black as with the Grim Reaper and his offspring. You can make it look very, very, very, very dark brown--like your sim is from the heart of Africa, for example--but not BLACK.
