slapdance memory, but no BV collectible, how to fix?

Need to know how to manually give a sim a specific BV vacation collectible icon (in the suitcase section of memories).

I have a sim who slapdanced, got a "learned slapdance" memory, but did NOT get a slapdance icon in their suitcase of BV vacation icons. Made them join the slapdance several more times, it never happened. Now this sim cannot initiate a slapdance when using a radio object, even though they should be able to.

What do I need to edit in SimPE?

Join a slapdance and stay there for awhile, don't immediately stop. The triggers for the memory and the suitcase achievement occur at different points.
