problem extracting texture in bodyshop

I've ran into this before but forgot the solution. Did a search but didn't find the answer. Doesn't seemed to be covered by the tutorials."or I missed it" When trying to extract an outfit in bodyshop I get the following error. Problem extracting texture. Any ideas?

Is this a Maxis outfit or a custom outfit?
Are you sure you are using the correct version of BodyShop?
You need to use the version that came with the latest EP or SP you have.

Using the one that came with apartment life my last ep. Its a custom mesh tried the creator no reply.

Maybe the mesh and/or recolor aren't made quite right? You could try getting the textures from the recolor package with SimPE, then make a new recolor with SimPE. Let me take a look at this mesh/recolor, see if I can recolor it. Can you give me a link to it?

I finally extracted it with simpe wasn't worth the effort lol.

It was an of old one of roses.
