Mod The Sims - Uploading

Hi, recently I created a house for Sims 3 that I would like to share with y´all, but the thing is I DUNNO HOW TO UPLOAD CONTENT, so if someone would be so nice to give me a play by play on uploading i´d be thankful.

Please check Create > Creator Guidelines (in the top menu).
