Projects load horribly (Please help)

I have not a clue why my Body Shop has been doing this. I do every single step on recoloring exactly the way I should, and when I load the project, I get this:

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've used Body Shop numerous times before without this problem.
If someone can help, it would be nice.

To me, it looks like a missplaced texture map for the shirt. Could you post a picture of both your texture and your alpha?
