Can anybody post a project s3pi link?

I'm trying to follow the tutorial at http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=345670 but it says I project s3pi. I have the s3pi libary but I dont have have project s3pi and the link to it is broken. It looks like s3pe but s3pe doesn't have certain buttons. Can sombody post a link to project s3pi?

It is s3pe that you want now. If you downloaded it in the past couple of days please download again from the s3pe thread as we have today backed out a broken version.

Then, if you can't find a particular button from the tutorial and can't work out what to click instead, please feel free to ask again in this thread.
