Can someone help me please?

Hello. I love playing sims. But sometimes I look at the things they have for The Sims 2 and go: *Sigh* I wish they had that for Sims 3!
And I was wondering HOW to convert hairs. I have Photoshop 7.0 do I need a more recent program? Can I convert and with 7.0?
I saw a really cool hair on Club Crimsyn... It's really neat, And it was converted from TS2 - TS3. Does anyone have advice for me :blink:
