I have always wanted to place a lot at the very end of the cul-de-sac rather than one neighborhood tile over. Kinda felt like a waste for me to have to do that. But I have never found anything that made it possible, so I thought that it was impossible. That was until I played Strangetown for the first time. I noticed that the Curious House and the Beaker House are both placed with the edge of the lot right on the end of the cul-de-sac. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can use either SimPE or the LotAdjuster to move lots anywhere in your neighborhood, including at the end of a cul-de-sac.
For SimPE: the Lot Description within the neighborhood package has three values (Top, Left, Z) which are used to position your lot within the neighborhood. One additional value (Orientation) will allow you to rotate the lot, if necessary. If you are unsure whether to add or subtract from Top or Left, try looking at several different lots within your neighborhood to determine where Top and Left are smaller or larger.
For the LotAdjuster: one of the advanced options is to "Move lot", relative to its current location. This option will move the lot horizontally. If you want to change the elevation (Z) of the lot at the same time, uncheck the "Keep current lot elevation" box and the LotAdjuster will attempt to fix the elevation.
Be sure to backup your neighborhood before trying either option, just in case.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had a feeling it was with SimPE or even LotAdjuster, but I couldn't find anything to give me a clue. I am so going to try this out. Thanks again, Moo.
