How do i make Railings?

I have: Deluxe, Seasons, Apartment life, Pets, University, Freetime, Working and ''Bon Voyage'' (Travel)

I want to know how to make railings, i would like to make some to my new movie. The question is simple: How do i make my own railings? :(
