Recolor crashes Body Shop?

Hi. I made a recolor for a hair file, but right after it finished saving, a window popped up that said "The application has crashed. The application will now terminate." After I close it, Body Shop closes. Then when I open Body Shop again, I try opening up the recolor file. It does the same thing! What could be the problem here? How do I fix it? Thanks!

Are you using a custom mesh?

Well, yes, but I didn't make it if that's what you meant. I just realized that there was an invalid CRES file, so I deleted all of the files pertaining to that age and it worked. Thanks anyway!
