VGA problem, sims 2 on windows 7

:cry: I've changed my laptop, it's better: Windows 7 hpme preminum, core i5, RAM 4GB, ATI 4830 1GB . Sims 2 loading is normal and speed but when I Create a sim, my sim in CAS screen start to break and later when I play a new family, it's just like this:

Please help me, I love sims and I dont wanna install all the expansions again, it took me 2 days.
