Your speculation on a patch based on releases?

Hello fellow simmers, I have decided to hold off on getting ambitions and decided to wait for at least one good solid patch before buying. Based on time of EP releases to patches what would you guess.. my guess is sometime in Mid to late July for a large 1st patch for Ambitions.. anyone else have a GUEStimate? lol.

They broke less this time so it might be awhile.

I'm still waiting for EA to issue a decent patch for Madden '08... Based on that, my guess is they will bring out a new EP and include a "patch" in that one.

I hope they fix careers in a patch, because my Firefighter can't finish jobs anymore, I put out fires, and do anything that is requested and the boxes won't check.

I want them to fix the consignment store. As an inventor, in the intventor self-employed career, where I have to sell items to raise the career bar and gain promotions, it won't count if I sell my inventions to it. It only counts if I sell it from my inventory. :/ Guess it defeats the purpose if it doesn't even work. You make a big deal out of it EA, "Sell your inventions and gidgets in the consignment store...!" and it doesn't even work in the end. *Sigh*

So far, they've been faster with the patches in Sims 3 than they were with Sims 2, but since there isn't one out YET for Ambitions, I think it's already too late to say that this one will be fast ;) So maybe they've reverted to form. In which case... two, three months.
