custom neighborhood questions

I see a custom version of pleasentville. I want to know since I have the original that came with the game if I can rename the custom so nothing gets broken or worse?

is that an ability and an OK one?

Both neighbourhoods are standing on their own. You shouldn't have any issues as long as every new neighbourhood gets a own folder for all the files from the download file. I'm not sure if you have to rename the neighbourhood names but it might work with the same name because of the different folders the neighbourhoods are stored in.

Are you talking about the name (ie, Pleasantview) or the name (ie, N001)? Renaming Pleasantview to Pleasantville is not a problem. However, you cannot have two neighborhoods named N001.

To rename a neighborhood (N001), you must rename the main folder and every single file and folder within the main folder, so that they have the correct suffix.

I have pleasentview but i want to have the custom too but i don't want anything to happen so i wonder if i should rename it.
