Ambitions: Consign store clerk is dead, store closed [fixed]

This left me wondering wtf, and did anyone beside me run on this problem? The chick. who run the place is dead - she burned to death, judging from the ghost color (met her on graveyard). And now consign store is permanently closed. I OWN this place and it doesn't help, as it's venue, not business lot - any ideas how to reopen that store?

See, *THIS* is why I liked the rabbitholes better. Damn stupid NPC sims, going AWOL all the time. It's not as if the sim there wasn't just purely for display, since they are now untouchable anyway, because attempting to interact or otherwise mess with them will break your functionality.

Pescado if EA had implemented it better then we wouldn't have this problem... it's got nothing to do with rabbitholes at all

And yeah a new clerk should come... eventually, or try replacing the register

or download Twallan's register mod and you can manually set the clerk of the register.

Deleting, buying cash reg, property, razing it down to the ground and building again didn't help, but Twallan's mod did the job. Thanks for sharing! It takes some knowledge to help like that - thank again :)

Why can't we just ctrl+shift+click on the register and get "Edit attendant in CAS" option...? surely that's better than stealing one of your townsfolk...
