how do i change the scrolling text in the loading screen

Hello,
I am new to this whole thing (modding) and i have heard of the whole scrolling text being changed thing done before but does anyone know how to do that I really want to try that

Well, the text is in the UI package (Program Files/EA Games/...). Not sure if it's "safe" to do that. I mean, maybe there's a "characters limit". Anyway, make a backup.
