I believe the issue I'm having regards the mods I'm using. I believe that it's because of the latest update to the game because whenever I start up the game without my mods, the game runs normally, but whenever I put the mods back in, the load screen for loading your saved games just stops loading at about 99% complete. I waited more than 15 minutes and nothing happened. Now in both situations, I have the "d3dx9" and "Resource" files in the places that they are needed to be. Can anyone help me with this?

Then one or more of the Mods isn't updated. So I would pull them all out and add them one at a time, to find the faulty one.

I do know AwsomeMod is updated and I'm pretty sure Twallan's Supercomputer is also.

Click on the Help dropdown at the top of the page, then choose Sims 2 or Sims 3, and see the FAQs there - make sure that you actually do what the FAQs say, not just read them, if they're relevant to your issue!
