How to put more shapes into Body Shop?

I'm using pre-release edition of BS. I'd love to create some more stuff, but I have only a few shapes of clothes in my BS. I downloaded more meshes, but where should I put them exactly? Or is there any other way to improve my BS beside installing newer version (I can't do that because I've got Intel graphic card, it won't work)?

Please help if you only know how : )

you need to be using the version that came with the game, Magdalenar.
