Shop Signs?

hi guys.. uhmm.. first of all.. if ever I posted my query on a wrong thread ..im sorry :( uhmm.. Anyone would like to give me the link
on a tutorial on how to make a customized Shop signs? ...I would like to make one my own... :help:
