Recoloring a Custom Painting??

I downloaded a shop sign, which the game recognizes as a painting. I want to recolor it, by placing another shop logo on it. But I can't find the object to recolor with TSR Workshop, because it only shows in-game default objects... Anyone can help? Maybe showing me the easiest way, since I'm not such an expert modding artist :)

Open the workshop and click on 'Create New Project ', in the next window click 'Import' in the window what pops up, click on 'browse' and find the CC file, at the bottom is a drop down, chose either 'Package' or 'Sim3pack.
Your CC file will load and you can place your new logo under the texture tap, click 'duplicate' otherwise you will override the one you have.
