So yeah... Like the title says.

So to give more information, some hacks will show up but my slidders, skins, clothes, hair, makeup, furniture won't. This happened after I installed Ambitions and switched from the "old" way to the "new" way.

My screenshots were too big so I rar-ed them together. Any help is VERY appreciated.

Those appears to be the ones in the subfolders under Packages? How deep into each subfolder are they? Or are they only one level deep?
Have you tried dumping them all in the Packages folder to see if they work?

Some CC need caches and thumbnails to be deleted so new ones can be regenerated, when the files have been moved around. Game_Help:Sims_3_Delete_Cache_Files

The subfolders are only one level deep. I've tried putting them all together in the main Package folder and some hacks showed up but none of my custom CC. I've also deleted the cache files but to no avail. >.<

Also attached the in-game pop-up I get when I start up the game. These hacks are the working ones.

Is the non-working CC the combined stuff? Have you tried it with the separate files? Combined files should work, but it may be that one or two of the files you combined are incompatible or are somehow stopping the game from reading those combined files.

Sorry for not replying. >.<

It turns out one of my custom content was conflicting with the combined files. *head desks*

Thanks for all your help. :D
