Worlds error

Hello, I'm having trouble installing any Worlds. "There was an error while downloading your content. Please see the log for more details" Where is the log and how can I fix this?

Sims 3 - EADM Issues
If you encounter issues while downloading Store/Exchange items or when trying to patch or Launcher won't even start, then maybe the issues is not the Launcher but EADM. Please try the suggestions on this FAQ article:

Where do you download the world from? Are there other users complaining of same problems? Is the size of the file you downloaded as advertised?
If Store/Exchange, that error is usually a signal that EADM needs to be updated.

I'm trying to isolate if it is a site issue, download/connection issue, item issue, or your system issue.
