Question about two-story windows?

When you use two-story windows, you can't place floor tile right by it. I was wondering if there is some way that you CAN place floor tile by it, so there's not just empty spaces on my second stories near the window. I hope you understand my question, haha. Thanks in advance.

Can you try placing the flooring first, and then putting in the window with "moveobjects on"? IIRC windows put in that way may not cut out properly at first but if you save, go to the neighborhood, and back in, they're usually fixed.
