Help with Building!

Can someone please tell me how you make the stairs on a foundation that go up half way then turn then go up! Please help i dont know how to do it on the sims 2 nightlife which is also the sims 2 double deluxe!

You can use the boolProp constrainFloorElevation cheat to do this. This page (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Tutorials:Walls_and_Floors) has information on the cheat and links to handy tutorials. I remember seeing a particularly good tutorial on this cheat, but I don't have the link. I don't have anything on doing precisely what you want to do, however, so you'll have to play around with the cheat.
