This is my rendition of a dream I had, involving Pleasantview High School. I tried to rebuild it. It looks perfectly normal, right?

*buzzer sound* Eeck! Wrong!

Sure, the basement looks fine . . .

Can anyone help me place floor tiles over the parts of foundation I deleted? I didn't use CFE at all for this, just pure guesswork.

Looks like your basement isn't tall enough. The windows don't normally go through the ceiling. Try making your basement 16 clicks high.

The windows are from this lot: http://nene.modthesims.info/download.php?t=275423

And I don't know how to fix that. They do that on all levels, base, first and second. It just seems like an AL glitch because this happens a lot with stuff like ModernLine windows too. I can place stairs into the basement because it *is* 16 clicks down . . . the weird thing is that I can't replicate this issue on any other lot.

The placement grid is showing for those tiles. What happens when you try to place a floor tile there? Have you tried setting moveobjects on?

Are they two-story windows?

They're not 2-storey windows, and nothing happens when I place them. I drag, put, whatever, and they just don't show up no matter what flooring I use. I have moveobjects on all the time, and it doesn't work with it off either.

Sorry, I'm stumped. Perhaps someone else will have some ideas.

Maybe lay the foundation under, put the floor tiles and then delete the foundation?

I had the exact same problem with a house I created a couple of weeks ago, and I'm sorry to say that I didn't figure out a way to solve it either... Deleting the foundation after you've put the floor tiles doesn't work, as the floor tiles are automatically deleted with the foundation.

I "solved" it by putting furniture over the "holes", but I guess that's not really a desirable way to solve the problem haha..
