Anyone else's sims doing this?

For some reason when i loaded up my game, all the sims on my lot randomly are looping through the exclaim animation. I mean they just stop what they are doing and just exclaim for some reason. Any idea why this is?

Okay, just to add, every time they do it, they have a picture of the exact same sim on the thought bubble o.O When they aren't in the same room as him they are all fine except for him.

Try that first - every step, in order, and don't skip anything! Even if it doesn't say your specific problem, try it anyway, as it's a good starting point to rule out the most common causes of game issues.
