Bring Food?

How can I fulfill this want? I've never seen this before.

I don't remember can you do it at home, but in a bar, if you order a group meal, you can bring a serving to a Sim. It also works with the birthday cake.

Place a serving of food into your Sim's inventory. Then, click on another Sim and you should see an option about giving them food.
