If I reduce the polys on clothing I would have to reassign the bones for everything and it would take forever. So, is it okay if I use one LOD for all four on clothing?

What do you mean, four? There are 3 LODs. High, Medium and Low.
Maybe you are talking about the morphs, fat thin fit and special?
Yes, use one for testing the high LOD in your own game.
No, among other things, the neck will not match in the other LODs and the morphs, so do not share a mesh like that with others.
Bloomsbase made a tutorial on reducing Poly on LODs.

I mean LOD0, LOD1, LOD2, and LOD3.
What I'm trying to basically say is, in CTU when I put in the LODs, do I select the same LOD for all four slots?

In clothing there are 3 LODs. High, Medium and Low. LOD1, LOD2, and LOD3.
Sometimes the meshes are divided into parts. Like LOD1 + LOD1_1, LOD2 + LOD2_1, and LOD3 +LOD3_1.

Okay, but is it okay to use the high LOD for the two others?

For your own use, yes. Not if you want to share the mesh.
For myself I sometimes do not make seperate Medium/LOD2 meshes, and use the High/LOD1 mesh in there too. I have a decent graphics card and do not think I have ever seen that LOD2.

Okay, I'm going to share the meshes so I think I'm gonna take a look at the tutorial.
Thanks for your help :)
