Rent Mod?

Is there a mod for sims to buy houses and rent them to other sims?

I know someone created a mod like this for sims 2 but was just wondering if anyone had made one for the sims3 ?

In the future, you should probably post requests like this in the Sims 3 WCIF (http://www.modthesims.info/fd.php?f=559) (Where Could I Find?) forum.

However, I'll save you the trouble. As far as I know, no such mod exists right now. Perhaps someone may attempt to write one later.
