Ok, what the hell have I done?

So I've downloaded this (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=381046) and even though I read the read me-file I didn't get it to work, I just had errors and everything was really a mess. For a while there I wasn't even certain that I knew what I was doing, deleting files and moving around things to make my game normal again.

Then I restored my computer to the time before I tried to install the files to my game, and it kind of worked, no error messages was showing up.

However, one problem remained...

Who is this girl and how do I get rid of her!?

She's blocking my entire left side and makes it impossible to play. Please help me! I know I'm pretty dumb but all I just really want is to play my Sims :(

Also, I reinstalled my latest EP because I had been through the system files there and though it would be fixed if I reinstalled it, but it didn't work.

Game Help:Sims 3 Game Problem - go through that, each step, in order. A system restore/reinstall were, um, probably not the best course of action when there is much easier, simpler things that you can do.

Looking at the screenshot, the "girl" you referred to are those 24 of the exactly looking alike girls that mysteriously showed up crowding your lot? Or this is part your your intended scheme? It does look kinda odd with all those identical portraits. Although your lot doesn't look that crowded.
