I haven't paid attention to zoom in close enough to see their fangs. To me, vampires in my game has a slightly gray tint to their skin as well as different eyes. Tattoo, should they have tattoo by default?

One of my vampires lost these two things once, too, before Generations. The only way to get them back was to disable the clothing filter (either use MasterController or "unlockoutfits on") and re-attach them. They're both under Accessories: the fangs have the thumbnail of a mouth, and the "V" tattoo on the neck looks like a full body outfit with tank top and shorts.
This will not get you back the eyes and skin tone change necessarily, however, as they seem to be a visual override like the ghost shaders. Twallan's DebugEnabler can retrieve these then.

Thanks but you can't do that to all the sims in the neighborhood!
Is there any other solution?

if you have twallans debugenabler you can turn them into humans then back into vampires and the teeth come back...although for a whole town its a pain...but as with most of the town you hardly ever see them open their mouth enough to see the teeth anyway...i just used it on my own family

But the important thing is the tattoo, I think. I do see it all the time...
But wait, I understand from what you said that if I will have a new vampire he will have the tattoo and the tooth??

In my games vamps definitely still have the fangs and the tattoo. But these are vamps who predate the 1.22 and Generations. I haven't made any new vamps or started new games.

NOOOO the tattoo was a bug..its been fixed...it was not supposed to be thereWhy do you think this tattoo is a bug when it also comes with four different colour options and has its own thumbnail and is applied to every vampire whether pre-made or game-made? I'd rather think it's a bug that they tend to constantly lose this bloody "V".

I have been mainly playing in Sunset Valley and Twinbrook with no-vamp mods but upon trying to play a little LagPort I am noticing the same issue as the OP.

I started a new game too after I installed Generations and I have the same bug. I had a feeling it was because I started a new game since I have not seen very many players with the same problem.
I hope the patch fixes the issue because I do love my vamps.

I'm actually suffering from this annoying issue too after the bloody patch-up. I played a new game vanilla, no fangs show up, no V shows up, totally has to be a bug with the patch. Does anyone know if a fix has been made for this?

O__o I need to pay a closer look to my vampires next time I'm playing.
Though for those who can't be arsed farting around turning vampires into normal Sims and back again, or think the Late Night fangs are just plain too small, I personally quite like these: http://club-crimsyn.dreamwidth.org/13759.html?#cutid1 :3 (bottom of the page)

My game is updated to the 1.24 patch. It's been downloaded from Steam so it updates automatically. However my vampires still don't have fangs. I tried changing them to humans and back to vampires (using Master Controller) but it's not working either. I also tried the unlockOutfits cheat but even though I can see the unlocked outfits I can't find the fangs and tattoo (though my sims do have their tattoo) under accessories. Is it because they are teenagers and have been turned using Master Controller or am I doing something wrong?
